Bora Biologics 2026 Global Team Meeting
ONE TEAM, ONE DIRECTION
strengthening cross‑site collaboration between San Diego and Zhubei
In January, teams from across our organization came together in Zhubei for a face‑to‑face meeting that marked an important milestone in our journey as one integrated company.
For the first time, San Diego site leaders John Mosack, General Manager & Vice President, and Miguel Carrion, Vice President of Process Development & MSAT, visited the Zhubei site in Taiwan. Over three days, colleagues from both sites connected in person, aligned on priorities, and launched several cross‑site initiatives that will shape how we work together in 2026 and beyond.
Building Alignment Across Sites
The three‑day program was designed with one goal in mind: strengthening collaboration between Zhubei and San Diego. Through focused discussions, working sessions, and informal conversations, teams aligned on shared objectives and kicked off multiple cross‑site initiatives planned for 2026.
Meeting face-to-face allowed teams to move beyond virtual interactions and build deeper relationships—creating clarity, trust, and momentum as we continue to operate as a fully integrated organization.
Culture in Action: Turning Values into Practice
Throughout the visit, our culture—and the behaviors that define how we work together—were on full display. Teams approached discussions with empathy and respect, actively listening to different perspectives and engaging in open, inclusive dialogue. Leaders and colleagues alike demonstrated integrity by addressing challenges directly, holding themselves accountable, and aligning decisions with our shared standards.
The sessions also reflected a strong commitment to collaboration and execution. Cross‑functional teams planned ahead, identified risks early, and worked together to find practical solutions—staying focused on outcomes while remaining flexible in how we get there. Most importantly, conversations consistently centered on our customers and on delivering high‑quality work, reinforcing our shared responsibility to get things done and continuously improve.
These behaviors were not just discussed—they were practiced, reinforcing a culture that supports trust, accountability, and collective success across sites.
Leadership Engagement and Open Dialogue
A highlight of the visit was the Town Hall, which brought together employees from the Zhubei site for open dialogue and shared reflection. Bobby Sheng, Chairman, joined the session, alongside Steve Lam, CEO, John Mosack, Miguel Carrion, and Marc Goemans, Chief Commercial Officer.
The discussion was energetic and engaging, with leaders sharing perspectives on our strategy, priorities, and the importance of collaboration across sites. More importantly, it reinforced a clear message: we succeed as one team—by learning from one another, aligning our strengths, and working toward a common vision.
Ready for the 2000L Launch
As we look toward the next phase of our journey, this meeting also served as a pre‑celebration moment—a recognition that the groundwork has been laid for what comes next. The alignment achieved, initiatives launched, and behaviors demonstrated during these three days reflect a team that is ready for the launch of our 2,000 liter bioreactors, corresponding seed trains, and advanced downstream processing equipment.
This readiness is the result of disciplined preparation, strong cross‑site collaboration, and a shared commitment to quality and execution. While there is still important work ahead, the momentum coming out of Zhubei gives us confidence as we approach this significant milestone together.
One Team, Looking Ahead to 2026
This face‑to‑face meeting was more than a visit—it was a statement of how we intend to work together moving forward. By bringing teams together in Zhubei, we reinforced our commitment to cross‑site alignment, open communication, and shared accountability.
As we look ahead to 2026, the connections made, initiatives launched, and conversations started during these three days have set a strong foundation for continued collaboration and growth.
Thank you to everyone in Zhubei and San Diego who contributed to making this visit a success. Together, we are building a stronger, more connected organization—one team, moving forward together.
